The BBQ

At our BBQ pit, the chef will cook hamburgers, hotdogs, Choice of BBQ chicken or grilled chicken breast, Italian hot and sweet sausage with peppers and onions, grilled flank steak . Accompanied with penne vodka, grilled corn on the cob, mini rice balls, and yellow rice. A variety of salads consisting of a garden salad, homemade potato salad, beautiful tri color pasta salad and Caprese salad. Also includes all toppings and condiments, bread, soda, ice, water, sliced watermelon and all plasticware.
For an additional $12 per person choose 2: Chicken or Shrimp Shish kabob, lamb chops, baby back ribs, Cheese and parsley sausage ring, peppers and onions sausage ring, broccoli rabe sausage ring, cheese and parsley pinwheels
The Luau

Start with choice of 5 of our traditional entrees. Coconut shrimp, roast pig (displayed whole), loin of pork, beef stir fry, Hawaiian chicken, shrimp with pea pods, chicken kabobs with pineapple, Chinese ribs, beef kabobs. Accompanied with chips and salsa, fresh corn on the cob, fried rice, tossed green salad, fresh fruit with pineapple, soda, ice and all plasticware.
Also available: Tiki bar stocked with beer, soda, Pina Colada, Daiquiri, Margarita mixers, blenders and one of our experienced bartenders. Hawaiian table clothes and plasticware. + $ 10 per person
The pizza Party

Turn your party into an unforgettable experience with our Pizza party. Our chef bring portable pizza ovens directly to you & prepares handcrafted artisan pizzas fresh on site throughout your event. Included is setup, on-site cooking, fresh dough, homemade sauce, toppings, paper goods.
Our pizza party includes up to 2 hours of continuous pizza service. Our team arrives 60-90 minutes before your event to set up. During the service window, our pizza chef will bake fresh pizzas continuously, ensuring your guest have fresh, hot delicious pizza.
