At our BBQ pit, the chef will cook hamburgers, hotdogs, Choice of BBQ chicken or grilled chicken breast, Italian hot and sweet sausage with peppers and onions, grilled flank steak . Accompanied with penne vodka, grilled corn on the cob, mini rice balls, and yellow rice. A variety of salads consisting of a garden salad, homemade potato salad, beautiful tri color pasta salad and Caprese salad. Also includes all toppings and condiments, bread, soda, ice, water, sliced watermelon and all plasticware.
For an additional $10 per person choose 2: Chicken or Shrimp Shish kabob, lamb chops, baby back ribs, Cheese and parsley sausage ring, peppers and onions sausage ring, broccoli rabe sausage ring, cheese and parsley pinwheels
The Luau

Start with choice of 5 of our traditional entrees. Coconut shrimp, roast pig (displayed whole), loin of pork, beef stir fry, Hawaiian chicken, shrimp with pea pods, chicken kabobs with pineapple, Chinese ribs, beef kabobs. Accompanied with chips and salsa, fresh corn on the cob, fried rice, tossed green salad, fresh fruit with pineapple, soda, ice and all plasticware.
